The Integrated Center for Group Medical Visits is excited to host the first conference devoted to integrative group medical visits, Together, We Heal! on September 17th, 2021.
Call for Proposals:
The conference will consist of main breakout sessions, a virtual exhibit hall, as well as host short, poster presentations.
ICGMV welcomes proposals related to:
- Addressing the social determinants of health with groups
- Increasing access to group visits
- Insights into new billing guidelines for groups
- Adaptations to group visits in light of COVID-19
- Confidentiality and groups
- Focusing on the future of group visits
Accepting proposals for:
- Main Conference Sessions – 45 minutes
- Poster Presentations – 8 – 10 minutes
- Virtual Exhibit Hall Materials

Preparation:
1. Select an overarching topic from the list below that best fits your presentation:

- Reaching special populations using group medical visits

2. Complete a submission according to the type of proposal that meets your interest.

Proposals for 45 minute Sessions
A complete proposal includes:

Proposals for 8-10 minute Poster Presentations
A complete application includes:
