Litao Fu, PhD, MS, LicAc

Litao Fu, PhD, MS, LicAc, joins the Osher Clinical Center as a licensed acupuncturist with a unique background bridging Traditional Chinese Medicine and biomedical science. Dr. Fu holds a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Guy’s Hospital Medical School at the University of London, following his medical training in China. She has more than a two decades of clinical experience providing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine for pain management, women’s health, infertility, anxiety, and digestive disorders in community-based and multidisciplinary settings. Prior to her clinical work in acupuncture, Dr. Fu spent many years in academic and industry research roles in the UK and China, including positions in biotechnology and hospital-based research. She brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to integrative care and is committed to supporting patient wellbeing through the integration of traditional and modern medical perspectives at the Osher Clinical Center.
