What is Craniosacral Therapy?

This gentle, light-touch therapy is used to help alleviate the negative effects of stress, strengthen resistance to disease and enhance general health. It accomplishes this by naturally easing restrictions or imbalances in the nervous system to aid in optimal function. Craniosacral therapy is based on a highly successful manual therapy developed by osteopathic physician, Dr. John E. Upledger.

What is Medical Qigong?

Qigong is one of branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It uses specific exercises to optimize and balance the body’s energy to promote health and well-being.
What is Acupressure? Acupressure is the use of finger pressure to specific acupuncture points to help the optimize its energy (Qi) flow through the body’s meridian channels. It is used to release muscular tension and remove energy blockages.
