Resona: A Self-Directed Wearable App for PTSD.

“This project supports the development and usability testing of Resona – a novel, self-guided mobile intervention that integrates mindfulness, narrative processing, and wearable monitoring. It is designed to support trauma recovery among adults with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), a population that remains underserved by traditional care models.”

Assessing MB-Spirit: A Novel Intervention for Promoting Spiritual Development and Psychological Well-Being.

“We will evaluate a novel intervention, Mindfulness-Based Spirituality (MB-Spirit), which combines mindfulness meditation with didactic content and experiential exercises to explicitly foster character strengths, virtue, and spiritual experiences.”

Adapting Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to Target Fear of Recurrence and Physical Activity in SCAD Survivors: A nation-wide Pilot RCT. 

“The goal of the proposed study is to refine our adaptation of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for cardiac event survivors (called UpBeat-MBCT) to target SCAD (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection) and test the feasibility and acceptability of this intervention in a pilot RCT in collaboration with the national non-profit, SCAD Alliance.”
