Ariana Vora, MD

Ariana Vora, MD is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, where she has served on the faculty of the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation since 2005.  Dr. Vora completed her M.D. at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and her post-graduate training at Harvard Medical School/Spaulding, where she served as Chief Resident.  She began training in Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation in 1995 and is certified in Ayurveda clinical assessment and acupuncture.  Dr. Vora is board-certified in Integrative and Holistic Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Vora is the recipient of national awards in the field of humanistic medicine.  She is currently collaborating with the AYUSH Ministry in India to develop integrative health initiatives.  Dr. Vora is currently national Co-Chair of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine’s Complementary and Integrative Rehabilitation Medicine Group, and she directs Spaulding’s Integrative Medicine Task Force.

Dr. Vora’s clinical and research activities include integrative health consultation, regenerative medicine and sport medicine, with the goal of optimizing health, function and quality of life for all.
