Each Spring, our T32 post-doctoral fellows (HMS Research Fellowship in Integrative Medicine) hold a themed annual retreat that allows a deeper dive into a content area with an off-site experiential session. This year, we were fortunate to experience culinary medicine and the Teaching Kitchen site at MGH Revere with instruction led by Chef Laura Klein and Susan Hellerstein, MD from NuCook. We gained so much (e.g., practical knowledge on plant-based food choices, tips on healthy cooking, smart knife skills), had a blast being together, and the food was super tasty!
